| 37.1 | Forms of guilt | |
| A man or woman who has committed an act deliberately or carelessly shall be deemed to be guilty of a crime. | ||
| An act committed negligently shall be recognized as a crime only in cases where this is specially provided for by the relevant Article of this Code. | ||
