Amendments to the Code |

| |
Amendments to the Code shall be permitted in the context of amendments to law which includes new and/or amended judicial statutes relating to criminal and/or civil law passed by Parliament and promulgated by the Executive Government of the Society. |

In such suits, the promulgation of such new law shall automatically require the Judicial Code itself to be amended to authenticate the new/changed provisions without adding or deleting specific articles. |
|
| |
In regards to the amendment to the structure of the Code in so far as the addition and/or deletion of specific articles, such amendments shall require the same amendment provisions as the Charter. |
