  Article 12-Amendments to the Code  
12.1 Amendments to the Code  
  Amendments to the Code shall be permitted in the context of amendments to law which includes new and/or amended judicial statutes relating to criminal and/or civil law passed by Parliament and promulgated by the Executive Government of the Society.  
  In such suits, the promulgation of such new law shall automatically require the Judicial Code itself to be amended to authenticate the new/changed provisions without adding or deleting specific articles.  
  In regards to the amendment to the structure of the Code in so far as the addition and/or deletion of specific articles, such amendments shall require the same amendment provisions as the Charter.
