2.3 Justice and Operation of Courts
Article 23-Natural Order and Jurisdiction of Courts of Law
23.1 Natural Order and Jurisdiction of Courts of Law
All rule of law recognizes a natural order exists between jurisdiction of courts of law and the body of law itself. The highest possible court of law, the highest possible law and jurisdiction is the jurisdiction of One Heaven.
Furthermore, whilst a society may recognize the superior authority of the courts of another society under International Law, it is recognized by most ancient traditions that jurisdiction upon the land rests in those courts representing members of the Society through succession from the lowest courts to the highest courts.
Therefore, by all logic, rule of law and International law, the highest natural order of Jurisdiction is any court that can demonstrate its existence representing the membership of men and women of a society and due authority from One Heaven.
23.2 The highest courts are those of the Society
As the Courts of the Society are granted existence from the highest Jurisdiction of One Heaven and at the same time the authority to represent all the members of the Society, no higher courts exists upon the Earth and Sea than the courts of the Society.
