03-Jurisdiction of the Military code

| 3.1 |
Persons to whom the Military
code applies |
|
| |
This Code shall apply to any person who is a temporary or permament member of the armed forces of Arabian-Union, any person who is providing a temporary or permanent service to the armed forces and/or any person who is currently held as a prisoner of the armed forces of Arabian-Union. |

| 3.2 |
The Operation of Military Judicial Code of Arabian-Union |

Any military action required by law to be brought before a Judge and Court of Arabian-Union shall be conducted under this Code. |
|
| |
This Code shall be the one single document to which all Military Courts defer in relation to the proper procedure and conduct of all military disciplinary action. |
|
| 3.3 |
The Operation of Military Law in Respect of Persons Who Have Committed Offences in the Territory of Arabian-Union |
|
| |
Any person to whom the military code applies who has committed an offence in the territory of Arabian-Union shall be brought to military responsibility under this Code.
|
|
| |
Offences committed within the limits of the territorial waters or the air space of Arabian-Union shall be deemed to have been performed in the territory of Arabian-Union. The validity of this Code shall also be extended to offences committed on the continental shelf and in the exclusive economic zone of Arabian-Union.

| 3.4 |
The Operation of Military Law in Respect of Persons Who Have Committed Offences Outside the Boundaries of Arabian-Union
|
|
| |
Any armed forces personnel who are temporarily or permanently stationed outside the territory shall be brought to military responsibility under this Code.
|
|
| |
Any prisoners of the armed forces of Arabian-Union who are temporarily or permanently in custody outside the territory shall be brought to military responsibility under this Code.
|
|
