| Article 13-Interpretation of the Police Code | ||
| 13.1 | Interpretation of the Police Code | |
| The application of a law and/or procedure by analogy shall not be allowed. | ||
| Furthermore, the interpretation of the Police Code to previous police procedures prior to the enactment of the Police Code in so far as they share similar characteristics shall not be permitted . | ||
| The Code shall not be affected, nor shall its enforceability be diminished by any legislative act or legal opinion of the Supreme Court of Arabian-Union where comparison is used with other international law in argument to seek to have one or more clauses or articles of the Code deemed inoperable. | ||
